Ground floor open plan bespoke kitchen with an American style fridge freezer, a Rangemaster Toledo range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine plus an extensive selection of cooking utensils, crockery and glassware. Separate utility with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

On the same level a choice of lounges and dining areas. The largest offering comfortable designer sofa’s and armchairs ideal for enjoying the 50″ flatscreen wall mounted satellite TV. Also as part of the open plan arrangement, is a modern dining area that comfortably seats 8. The second lounge forms part of the open plan kitchen and offers casual seating with TV/DVD, and is the perfect place to keep the cook company! Two double balcony/terrace doors lead you out to an al fresco dining area with a large table. Here you can make the most of the panoramic sea and mountain views. A cloakroom/WC completes the interior of the ground floor.

A new addition for 2016 is a fitness room located in the basement. It is a large air conditioned room featuring a Bodymax professional running machine, two exercise bikes, an Abs Circle Pro, a selection of weights, Swiss ball and a large area of cushioned gym matting for work outs. This means you can maintain your svelt figure even whilst on holiday!

There are two marble staircases, one of which leads to the light and airy first floor master bedroom suite. Bespoke bedroom furniture with double bed and memory foam mattress. Double sliding mirrored door wardrobe incorporating a selection of hanging areas and storage drawers inside. Leading off from the bedroom is a beautifully tiled en suite offering a luxurious bath, and large spacious glass dual head shower area. Whether bathing or taking a shower you can take full advantage of the spectacular views beyond, but still be afforded privacy. The toilet with an additional wash basin facility can be found in a separate room, next to the bathroom. What really makes this bedroom special is the double doors that lead onto a private balcony with seating area, perfect for enjoying the ever changing scenery. You will be able to access the terraces and pool area below from stairs that lead externally from this balcony.

First floor above the main lounge is where you will find Bedroom 1. This large bedroom comprises a Queen size bed with comfort foam mattress, a triple fitted, internally illuminated mirrored wardrobe with ample storage and hanging space, and a dressing table with mirror over. The large en suite offers a bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin with cupboard space. There are sea and mountain views.

Bedroom 2 offers 2 single antique beds with a fitted double wardrobe, internally illuminated, and a dressing table with mirror over. The fully tiled en suite wet room provides shower, toilet and basin with cupboard storage. This room also has the stunning sea and mountain views.

Bedroom 3 has a balcony which faces a quiet and tranquil olive grove. Queen bed with comfort foam mattress, double internally illuminated wardrobe and en suite wet room. which provides shower, toilet and basin with cupboard storage.


The outside terraces and pool area are easily accessed from all areas of the ground floor. Set in the private landscaped grounds is a 8M x 4M swimming pool with outside shower. This sun lovers lounge terrace is complete with sun beds for everyone, and a second patio table and chairs. Shade can be found under one of the many parasols provided.

Built this year, is the new concept of an outside lounge. Great to use anytime of the day (or night!), it particularly comes into it’s own early evening when you are relaxing with family or friends chilling with that pre dinner drink. It has been situated in a different area of the garden, to give an alternative view of the magnificent scenery beyond.

Booking: In order to make a reservation, a deposit of 40% is required to obtain confirmation number. Cancellation: Absence of the purchaser at the hotel: 100% of the total cost of reservation will be withheld. Cancellation 0-15 days before the arrival in the hotel: 100% of the total cost of reservation will be withheld. Cancellation 16-30 days before the arrival: 50% of the total cost of reservation will be withheld. Cancellation more than 31 days: Return of all sum of total cost of the reservation.
